Join us for a class on self defense! Discover a sense of self awareness while exploring methods we can use protect ourselves. No experience necessary, all fitness levels welcome. Please come dressed in comfortable clothing that you can move in. Sweat/yoga pants (rather than shorts) and t-shirt are best! This relaxed, supportive class is taught by a Kajukenbo martial arts instructor with 15 years experience operating their own studio.
